Brief History...

Lion Bill Clark became the 2nd Winonan to be elected District Governor for
5M1. 
Held our first White Cane Days in October, under the Chairmanship of Lion Steve Runkle. 
We hosted the November Zone meeting, which we did many times during our 25 years. The club decided to take a rest after this years rummage sale, only $250.00 was generated. 
The first Pork Chop Feed was held in March under the direction of Lions Jake Walther and Roland Woodford. 
We spent $2,500.00 to replace the roof on our sponsored dining room at Camp Winnebago.
We pledged $1,000.00 a year for three years for a Lions pavilion in Goodview Park. 
Lion of the year was Lion Susan Bloom. Lion Dan Bloom was our recipient
of the Melvin Jones Fellowship Award.
