Brief History... 

Armory Craft Fair sale held first time with Lion Ron Wenzel as chair. Circus to be held again this year. Lion Jim Trotter started picking up aluminum cans and Randall’s slips. Fountain Lions club formed. Four hundred sixty five pairs of glasses were sent to Lions eye glass collection center. Sunset Lions toured Lions Eye Bank. For many years Lion Dave Ziegeweid chaired the annual Membership/Charter Member Banquet. Lion Jim Trotter completed his walk in the March of Dimes Walkathon walk for America. Lions of the Year were Lions Ron Wenzel and Floyd Mullen.
